RETURNS POLICY
* Items must be returned within 14days of receipt.
* Items must be unworn and unwashed.
* Items must have all tags
* Customized items cannot be returned unless there has been error on our part.
* We will not accept any returns or exchange of any altered product, the lace has been cut off, wig has been used or restyled, wig has been taken out of it package and tampered with.
* All return expenses are on the clients, except the error is from our end.
* Please be sure that you understand these terms and conditions before ordering either through the Website, WhatsApp or Instagram platforms.
* However, we want to assure you that if we make an error with your order-such as sending the wrong item or quantity, you may return it for an exchange within 2 business days with receipt-we will take full responsibility for our mistake. In these cases, we will gladly rectify the situation by replacing the incorrect item with the correct one at no additional cost to you
